Well, after 16 years, a wedding, and 2 kids, I finally graduated on Friday night! I have graduated with an Associates Degree in Child Development. This means I can continue to be a preschool teacher. I vowed a long time ago that once I finally finished school that I was going to participate in my graduation ceremony and "do it up right". I had rehearsal in the morning. In the afternoon I got my nails and hair done. I left my hair dresser have "free reign" over my hair. The only requirement I had was that I had to be able to wear the graduation cap. This is the front:
and this is the back:Before we left for the ceremony I decided to see how my adorable kids looked in my graduation attire. Here is a picture of me in my "attire".And here I am with my fabulous hubby.I never thought the day would come, but it did, and I enjoyed every minute of the ceremony!
On Saturday afternoon Me, Marc, Marc, Samantha, my Mom, my Grandma, my Dad, and my Step-mom Peggy all went out to lunch to celebrate.
